As the employer of one of the largest electrician crews in Wisconsin, safety is an extremely important concern. We developed and maintain an OSHA compliant safety program and are fully committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all of our employees. To accomplish this objective, we employ a Safety and Health Director who is responsible for coordinating job site evaluations, developing OSHA compliance programs and conducting training for management and employees. In addition, we have instituted a formal accident investigation policy and a return to work program.

Kurt Wildner, Director of Safety and Health
Since 2001, Kurt has directed all aspects of Staff Electric’s comprehensive risk management program. As Director of Safety and Health, Kurt manages Staff Electric’s risks on the highest level – through risk financing, statistical and trend analysis, accident investigation and claims management. Moreover, on a day-to-day basis, he identifies and controls hazards and conducts site-specific training and safety audits. For all risk management concerns, Kurt is the chief liaison between Staff Electric and the owner and general contractor.
