James (“Jamie”) Sullivan, President
As Project Manager for some of the largest, most complex construction projects in Wisconsin, Jamie developed a reputation for exceeding customer expectations through excellence and personal commitment. As President, he has used his knowledge and energy to focus the company on Staff Electric’s core principles of quality, integrity, and experience. He has been in the industry since 1979.
Rick Martiny, Vice President
Rick has been responsible for some of Staff Electric’s largest projects in a wide variety of industries. His field experience, which started with an apprenticeship at Staff Electric, complements his project management skills and his commitment to quality. His customers value his ability to anticipate project challenges and address them with their best interest in mind. He has been in the industry since 1974.
Heather Wrasman, Treasurer/Assistant Secretary
Heather is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA), and is responsible for all financial, treasury, credit, human resource, and corporate IT functions at Staff Electric. After graduating from UW-Whitewater, she spent 10 years at the company’s outside accounting firm before joining Staff Electric in 2005.
Jeff Rechlicz, Vice President
Jeff’s combination of field responsibility, estimating experience, and versatile management style has brought valuable insight into fast-track design/build projects. He has a unique ability to find solutions for complex installation and schedule issues. His résumé includes projects in a number of different industries, including healthcare and large commercial construction. He has been in the industry since 1979.
Dave Drumel, P.E. – VP Construction
Dave’s background as an electrician, engineer, estimator, and project manager has given him a broad foundation of knowledge to serve Staff Electric’s customers. His project experience covers a broad range of industries including mission critical facilities, healthcare, industrial, commercial, and education. He has been in the industry since 1985.
Nicholas Hlavinka, Estimation/Engineering Manager & Secretary
Nicholas started his career at Staff Electric in 1997, beginning with 3 years of design/build engineering and estimation training. This was followed with over 5 years of experience in the field as a project coordinator. Nicholas later returned to our engineering department to focus on growing and managing our BIM team. Since 2012, he has been managing estimating/engineering projects to accomplish a high level of understanding for the client.
