As the project manager for some of the largest and most complex projects in Wisconsin, Jamie developed a reputation for exceeding customer expectations through excellence and personal commitment. As President, he has used his knowledge and energy to focus the company on Staff Electric’s core principles of quality, integrity, and experience. He has been in the industry since 1979.
Rick Martiny, Vice President
Rick has been responsible for some of Staff Electric’s largest projects in a wide variety of industries. His field experience, which started with an apprenticeship at Staff Electric, complements his project management skills and his commitment to quality. His customers value his ability to anticipate project challenges and address them with their best interest in mind. He has been in the industry since 1974.
Tony Tiedemann, Project Executive
Tony’s participation in estimating, purchasing, designing, scheduling, and project management illustrates his vast knowledge of the electrical industry. With 20 years and an electrical engineering degree under his belt, he empowers his people to achieve their full potential in delivering the highest quality project possible.
Mark Chappel, Project Executive
Mark has been the Project Manager for many complicated and demanding projects in health care, and used that experience to develop solutions and standards that he implements on all of his projects to ensure their success. In addition, his own field experience is part of what allows him to stay in lockstep with his projects and impart his vision to his crew. He has been in the industry since 1984.
Dave Drumel, P.E. – VP Construction
Dave’s background as an electrician, engineer, estimator, and project manager has given him a broad foundation of knowledge to serve Staff Electric’s customers. His project experience covers a broad range of industries including mission critical facilities, healthcare, industrial, commercial, and education. He has been in the industry since 1985.
Jeff Rechlicz, Vice President
Jeff’s combination of field responsibility, estimating experience, and versatile management style has brought valuable insight into fast-track design/build projects. He has a unique ability to find solutions for complex installation and schedule issues. His resume includes projects in a number of different industries, including healthcare and large commercial construction. He has been in the industry since 1979.
Tom Stranak, Project Executive
Tom has used his field experience and management skills to organize large complex installations in a variety of industries including healthcare, education, and commercial installations. He promotes safety, quality, innovation, and construction technologies, focusing on customer needs. Tom has been in the electrical industry since 1982.
Donnie Zimmerman, Project Executive
Don has ran a wide range of project sizes and complexities to complement his commitment to customer service and satisfaction. His customers appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile to assist in any manner to get the projects done. Don has been in the electrical industry since 1981.
Ryan Brudos, Technology Solutions Project Manager
With the belief that if you take care of your customer, they’ll take care of you, Ryan has excelled in the industry. By focusing on relationship building and team leadership, he goes above and beyond to guarantee a job well done. Ryan is an RCDD and has managed estimating, operations, and sales departments, providing him with well-rounded experience to exceed customer expectations. He has been in the industry since 1993.
Greg Strom, Project Manager
With his two decades of installation experience, Greg has been an asset to numerous Staff Electric projects. His background in managing multiple crews while maintaining a motivated team demonstrates a focus on efficiency and excellence for the customer. He is driven to enhance worker performance to produce a quality project every time.
Nick Petri, Project Manager
Nick has contributed to the success of Staff Electric’s projects by way of his steady involvement and hands on approach. Clients find value in his strong work ethic and desire to excel in everything that he does. With over 15 years in the electrical industry, he understands project requirements, and devises plans to successfully complete projects on time and on budget.
Ryan Roskopf, Project Manager
Ryan began his career at Staff Electric back in 1999 as an apprentice electrician. After a number of years in the field and plenty of experience gained, Ryan pursued a position in our design/build team. Seven years later, Ryan managed to accomplish his goal of becoming a Project Manager. He is an asset due to his strength in developing relationships with clients in addition to being able to better understand their needs and requirements. Overall, Ryan’s field and BIM experience paired with his knowledge of design, engineering, and estimating provides us with a unique and diverse Project Manager.
Kyle LaMarche, Technology Solutions Project Manager
Kyle started with Staff Electric in 2008 as a Telecommunications Installer working on various size projects in a variety of industries. His hard work and dedication to the company along with putting the customers’ needs as a top priority has helped him to excel and reach his goal of Project Manager. Kyle’s focus to create a team like atmosphere and keep a positive attitude helps to ensure that his team provides a quality install that will exceed the expectations of the customer. His field experience aids him to bring solutions to problems and to communicate accurately with his team.
Roger Pozorski, Project Manager
Roger has been both an electrician and Project Manager for many large commercial, healthcare, educational, entertainment and multi-family projects. His combined field and project management experience of 40 years helps him deliver projects, organized, on schedule and on budget. He has been in the industry since 1976.
John Perse, Project Manager
John recently joined the Staff team as a Project Manager, and has brought with him 32 years of electrical and 6 years of mechanical experience. He has served as Project Manager on many of the highest profile projects in the Milwaukee area including the Waukesha GE Medical Expansion, Potawatomi Hotel, and the complete remodel and expansion of the Milwaukee Art Museum. John’s can-do attitude and bright personality helps to build lasting relationships throughout the construction field.
Carl Jaeger, Project Manager
Carl has been with Staff Electric for over 22 years, bringing a high level of skill and determination. His excellent mechanical knowledge allows him to take ideas or concepts and provide practical applications that are both time-saving and economical. In addition, Carl’s ability to focus on both the smaller issues of a job as well as the big picture has contributed to his success as an accomplished project manager.
