Staff Electric proudly serves Wisconsin’s key markets — Madison, Milwaukee, and Racine. With a strong presence across these regions, we deliver electrical, technology, prefabrication, and design-build solutions for a wide range of industries. From healthcare and education to industrial, commercial, and renewable energy projects, our team brings over 100 years of expertise to every job. No matter the market, our commitment remains the same: safe, reliable, and innovative electrical solutions that power our communities forward.
To maximize cost-savings and encourage innovation, we have been pushing prefab, creating opportunities to build off-site. Due to it’s controlled environment and reduction of on-site installation time, prefab labor is an efficient solution of getting projects done on time.

We have the in-house capabilities and flexibility to plan spec projects, deliver design build and design assist, and produce innovative results for any type of project. From the start of a bid, we analyze how we can maximize cost savings through value engineering and constructability reviews. This then moves in the analysis of how we utilize our prefabrication team to maximize productivity, safety, and time efficiency.

At Staff Electric, we have proven experience in a wide range of sports + entertainment facilities, including all aspects of electrical and technology related installation, maintenance, and
repair. We value safety above all else, which is why our sports facilities are built alongside safety professionals during the planning phase of each project. During this time, we also dedicate a lot of focus to schedule creation and tracking in order to ensure that every project is delivered on time and within budget.
Staff Electric installs all systems, including wireless low voltage technology systems and medium voltage installations.
With completed pharmaceutical facilities such as Catalent, SPL, and Promega, Staff Electric is proud to collaborate with our customers to build out the best projects possible. Safety is
paramount, so we engage with our safety team from the very beginning of the project and ensure proper PPE is readily accessible at all locations of the site.
Through preplanning, the use of prefab, and coordination with the pharmaceutical equipment vendors to ensure that the finished product is installed correctly. During this process the
buildings require specific materials, including:
• Stainless steel
• Process control wires
• Data cables
• LED lighting with dimmable controls
Multi-story residential buildings, such as living centers, apartments, and multifamily condos, are approaching similarly to all of Staff Electric’s other projects. It starts with providing
the best value for the client’s budget.
Our overall goal is efficiency. Units may vary in size and shape, but the base requirements do not change. Typical installations in these facilities include:
• Residential lighting and controls
• Code compliant receptacle layout
• Code compliant fire alarm layout
• Apartment tech to accommodate network access,
cable TV, and door intercom
• Base/Core/Shell systems
• Retail space
• Amenities
Staff Electric ensures that the customer gets the most out of their dollar. Through design build and value engineering solutions, we have been able to carry out many large-scale
education projects.
Depending on the type of education building, every project has its own rules and requirements. The most important component of each project is to ensure resource availability to meet the customer’s time frame.

Staff Electric has over 20 years of heavy industrial work experience – both in the field and office. With projects such as power plants, wastewater facilities, heavy manufacturing, clean water, and the food industry, our approach is always strategic and upfront. To avoid timely and costly mistakes later in the process, our planning includes close communication with plant operators, incorporating the correct team for the job, and building out an appropriate timeline.
By using the Agile approach for construction, our field team can pre-plan the project by engaging in our prefab group to build assemblies offsite.
• Value engineering
• Offsite prefabrication
• Using vendor services
• Reducing material waste
With completed hospitality facilities such as Summerfest, Discovery World, Potawatomi, etc. Staff Electric has the design resources to guide owners through pre-construction and field to ensure installation. When it comes to hospitality projects, understanding the owners end goals is paramount.
Through extensive project scheduling, early design, and prefabrication, we sure that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

We are in charge of installing EAS systems, POS systems, access control, and security cameras in all of our retail facilities. Ensuring safety to the public, both during installation and after the buildings are up and running, is key to the success of all facilities.
Knowing that retail facilities will be open for business to the public, safety is Staff Electric’s number one priority when installing electrical and technology systems. Even during
construction, we make sure to install caution tape, barricades, cones, and other safety measures to block access to our worksite.
